Hall Redevelopment: Demolition Update September 2017

The demolition of our hall is scheduled for the end of September/early October, pending demolition permit approval. The hazardous materials currently present in the hall will be abated prior to demolition by trained professionals; this ensures the safety of community members, Boald’s workers during demolition and is required by the City of Edmonton and Government of Alberta Occupational Health and Safety. We are moving! Grace Lutheran Church (GLC) will be hosting our office for the next few months. We will also have our regular committee meetings at GLC. Office hours will resume starting September 6 from 2-6 pm at GLC as well. The league is looking for longer-term, street-access office space. We will keep you posted as this develops.
