OCL Urban Trick-or-Treating

Halloween is a great chance to get to know your neighbours! Come join the OCL for candy and hot chocolate! Due to popular demand, we have a Halloween Candy Map that includes locations in our neighbourhood that are handing out candy this year. We are busy adding locations daily so check back often!
