DESCRIPTION:Join us for Tai Chi Sessions in Kitchener Park led by Instructor Master Ken\n\nWHEN:  Saturday\, August 8\, August 22\, September 12 and 26\nTIME:  1:00-2:00pm\nCOST:  FREE\nREGISTER HERE\n\nClasses will begin with seated Tai Chi to develop upper-body coordination\, then we will progress to standing practice and stepping movements.  The program focuses on 10 Tai Chi forms that can be learned within a single session. \nThe same forms are practiced each session\, allowing new students to join at any time while returning students deepen their understanding and build confidence through regular practice. \n\nRegistrants must have a valid WCL membership.\nMemberships are available online and in person prior to each session
