Learn and hone the foundations of yoga (Asana) and help bring the body into balance through gentle limbering and strengthening exercises, breath practices (Pranayama), introductory meditation and guided relaxation (Savasana). This class will help to bring strength
and flexibility to the body and calm the busy mind; cultivating body, breath, and mindful awareness.
Props supplied, please bring your own mat.
