Wîhkwêntôwin Community League has a Social Advocacy Director and Committee that helps plans events and learning sessions for community members to partake in, learning new skills and ways to help each other.
For 2026, the Social Advocacy Committee created a winter event and attractions guide, Social in the Snow, that you can read here. It contains lots of great ideas for reasons to brave the snow and the cold this winter!
