If a slower pace and an accessible route through the neighborhood is what you’re looking for, then join Teresa on Thursday Sept 14 & 28. This walk is suitable for all activity levels.
If you want to raise your heart rate, then Dezi will take you on a more challenging trek through the river valley on Wednesday, Sept 20. This walk includes hills and stairs, and uneven pathways.
All walks meet at 6:30pm at the Railtown Park Circle (102ave & 110st)
